We’re pleased to share with the entire Feldenkrais Project community The Power of Prone, Twisting on Your Belly, which takes an important place in one of our most popular lesson collections. It’s designed as a “gateway lesson” to help adults get comfortable with “tummy time”! Learning and improving on your belly has many of the same benefits for us as it does for babies.

This lesson is a new permanent part of our freely offered (donor-supported) collections.
