I began exploring Feldenkrais 5 years ago and then let it slide until recently. I re-read “The Potent Self” and it reignited my interest. I read and re-read the many chapters and followed with the suggested movements.
I have had some significant breakthroughs with back and hip flexibility which made walking pleasurable, perhaps for the first time that I can remember. Thank-you Moshe FeldenKrais

I am a licensed Massage Therapist and a fellow kayak paddler sent me to your website! I understand the benefits of Feldenkrais, but was too expensive to take advantage of. I look forward to taking advantage of your free ‘classes’. Thank you so much for offering us this opportunity. What a wonderful thing to do. I hope others find you as well! I will be sharing with other massage therapists.
