Just one final note for 2022: Deborah Bowes, who is a Feldenkrais Trainer (teacher of teachers) and Physical Therapist, returns to lead The Feldenkrais Project’s weekly class on Tuesday morning 12/27 at 9:30 Central time. Study live or enjoy the lesson replay anytime.
As a grandmother, Deborah enjoys playing on the floor with little kids. And she’ll be leading our class in a Feldenkrais lesson designed to improve your floor-sitting skills and help your hips and low back. After the live class she’ll be leading an unrecorded discussion.
As always our weekly class is pay-what-you-can tuition, so this is a chance to study with a Feldenkrais legend for a fee that works for you!
