New monthly lessons continue in 2025
One of my favorite parts of my job at The FP is adding new, highly polished ATM audio lessons for Patrons each month. Studying, recording, editing, and annotating these lessons—then integrating them into our Deep Dives and Related Lessons—is a creative and satisfying process. I hope each lesson is a learning “treasure” for all who explore it!
By the end of this year, we’ll have over 100 lessons exclusively for Patrons. In 2026 and beyond, as I explore new ways to pursue our vision, new lessons for Patrons may arrive less regularly.
Thanks to the success of The Feldenkrais Project I’m invited into Feldenkrais “ambassador” roles more often. Regular newsletter readers and Patrons Quarterly attendees have heard about some of them, and I’ll share more soon. I also have new creative urges and initiatives of my own. Writing articles, creating different kinds of Feldenkrais content, mentoring and supporting fellow practitioners, and media appearances all have potential to bring more people to the method. These opportunities are all powerful catalysts for our shared vision of Feldenkrais for all.
Even as I pursue these other endeavors I’m exploring new ways to add a steady stream of new permanent lessons to The FP in 2026. More news on that in the year to come!
