It’s time again for the Feldenkrais Awareness Summit. Just like The Feldenkrais Project it’s free and available to anyone with an internet connection. Last year’s summit reached 30,000 people!
I’m sharing this with you because it fits in beautifully with our vision to share the life-changing benefits of Feldenkrais study as widely as possible, AND I’m participating myself on the opening day.
The entire first day – May 1 – is dedicated to Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement study. There will be 22 different live lessons with 22 teachers, a keynote address from Olena Nitefor and an interactive Q&A session where you get to ask the questions. I’ll be teaching at 8pm US Central time (9pm New York time) May 1. Replays will be available, but you have to sign up for the summit for access.
Beginning May 2nd and running through May 10th, this worldwide event features daily themes with expert speakers and live panel discussions on these topics: Active Lifestyle ~ Original Breath ~ Healing Trauma ~ Embodied Anatomy ~ Move Your Brain! ~ Abilities: Dropping the “Dis” ~ Language Runs Deep ~ Play ~ Research
Once you register, you will get a customized schedule to help you narrow in on what is most valuable for your interests.
Register today and join me in May to discover new ways to move better and feel better!

P.S. The button above is an affiliate link. Attending the summit is free, but if you decide to upgrade for access after the summit is over, I may receive a portion of that sale. Thanks, as always, for your support as I pursue The Feldenkrais Project’s vision of spreading the life-changing benefits of Feldenkrais study as widely as possible.
