Tuesday, May 18, 9:30-10:30am US Central Daylight Time (UTC -5), with discussion following class for those who wish to stay.
Useful to know:
Today’s lesson will begin and end in standing, but we’ll spend most of the hour in side-lying. Please have a bath towel or other firm head support available if needed. Please don’t use a sticky mat (like a yoga mat).
If you’re new to Nick’s class today: Welcome! Please 1) consider leaving your camera on and angled at your mat during the lesson so Nick may be able to individualize it for you 2) put in the Zoom chat a sentence or two about your interest in Feldenkrais, if you’re new to Feldenkrais, and where you’re from. Private or public chat – whatever works for you.
Learn about our topic and approach this month: read about Walking with Your Whole Self.
Useful every class:
Have a bath towel or two nearby to fold to different heights for head support as needed, depending on the positions and comfort (lying on your back, side, or front).
New to Feldenkrais? Please check out our required reading about studying at home, including practical advice about mats and what to wear, and your responsibilities as a student.
