Tuesdays in February, 9:30-10:30 AM US Central time, with live discussion after class
Nick Strauss-Klein leads Feb 1, 8, 15. Feldenkrais Trainer Deborah Bowes leads Feb 22.

A recording will be emailed to all registrants Tuesday afternoons, along with free Feldenkrais lessons for “homework” to explore between classes if you wish.

Feet-related lessons are a favorite among many Felden-fans, and February’s classes will be a “grab bag” of sumptuous study as we explore widely varying lessons designed to help you discover more comfortable, functional feet in regular life.

Though it sounds like we’re focusing on a single body part, as usual in Feldenkrais we’ll actually be studying and improving how your whole self – body, mind, and motor habits – relates to our topic. This gives your brain the functional experience it needs to learn new patterns of movement and behavior.

And here’s a Feldenkrais secret: “Foot lessons” are famous for generating unexpected improvements, often seemingly far from the feet. Because so much of our nervous system is invested in how we balance, move, and support ourselves on our two little feet, it’s likely you will be pleasantly surprised by the breadth of self discoveries you can make by getting to know your feet better.

Purchase Zoom links and/or recordings

Join us on Zoom if you can! Live participants have the added benefit of unrecorded Q&A and discussion after class.

Can’t attend live? That’s ok! Whether or not you’re on the Zoom call all registrants automatically receive the lesson recording in video, audio, streamable, and downloadable formats.
